Klinkenberg’s pin breakers are designed to reduce coarse, hard-to-process bulk materials into agglomerates of 10 to 15 mm. Using powerful pulverizing technology, they are effective with a wide variety of products.

Sweeper breakers are used when it is essential that the particle size has a guaranteed minimum dimension after passing through the agglomerate breaker. Thanks to the integrated breaker screen, agglomerates can always be reduced to a defined minimum size.

A Klinkenberg hybrid lump breaker is a combination of a sweep arm breaker with a central pin breaker system. This configuration makes it possible to reduce coarse agglomerates, so they can be processed by the pin mechanism in combination with a screen deck.
