De Klinkenberg lintmengers hebben een zeer efficiënte werking waarbij kleine hoeveelheden additieven worden gedoseerd bij de basis van het te mengen product. De te mengen poeders hebben een constante beweging waardoor een optimale menging ontstaat. De lintmengers zorgen voor een zachte en rustige menging waardoor product beschadiging tot een minimum berperkt blijft.

  • Efficiënt mengen van poeders met poeders en poeders & vloeistoffen.
  • Biedt een viervoudige mengactie, dus snel en efficiënt mengen.
  • Grondige menging door de tegenstroom lintbeweging.
  • Mengen wordt bereikt binnen een beperkte tijd, 15 a 20 minuten.

Paddle Mixers

A paddle mixer is highly suitable for mixing powders, pastes, and sticky products. By adjusting the paddles, you can intensify the mixing process or modify the residence time, ensuring a flexible and efficient process.

  • Short mixing times
  • Batch or continuous process
  • Single- or double-shaft configurations
  • Relatively low rotation speed

By using a double-shaft system, the mixing intensity can be increased, allowing the product to reach homogeneity in a shorter cycle time.
